Day 04
Drive to Ganden, Sight seeing at Ganden Monastery and stay in a Camp (B & D)
Day 05
Trek to the base of Shuga la pass and stay in a camp (B, L, &D)
Day 06
Trekking to cross Shuga la pass and stay in a camp (B, L, & D)
Day 07
Trekking to cross Chitu la pass and stay in a camp (B, L, & D)
Day 08
Trekking down to down to Samye monastery through Emalung village, tour around monastery (B & L)
Day 09
Drive to Gyantse (3950 m) via Yamdrok lake and stay; Sight seeing at Palchor Chode and Kumbum monastery (B)
Day 10
Drive to Shigatse (3900 m) via Shalu and stay; Sight seeing: Tashilumpo monastery and
local bazaar (B)
Day 11
Drive to Zhangmu and stay (B)
Day 12
Drive to Friendship bridge at Nepal/Tibet border; meet the Nepali guide and then drive to Kathmandu. (B)
